GYROTONICS -- Special Intro and Question by Matt Aversa

For those of you already familiar with the GYROTONIC® exercise method, you know the origins are interestingly enough - exactly where most fitness modalities are currently trying to go. We have always been about connecting the mind & body, creating functional health by balancing the musculoskeletal system & the energetic body. We also know the Gyrotonic exercises a.) work to support and encourage the fluid rotation of the all joints b.) utilize constant resistance through the entire range of motion allowing us to simultaneously stretch and strengthen, and c.) move the spine in all possible angels available, as we do in the spinal motions. These are examples of how Gyrotonic methodology is unique to any other fitness & health modality. How do you as a teacher or student of the system, explain to the average person who has never experienced it, what the Gyrotonic Expansion System is and how it will support their health & fitness?
