We hear it often-food described as "good" or "bad." Too often, it follows that we describe ourselves as "good" or "bad" based on the food choices we make. A fitness professional's struggle with food is often revealed by food and fitness related comments. "Come to class to work off those calories," or "I feel so fat," or "I was so bad last night" in front of our students can signal a call for some introspection. After all, food, which nourishes and nurtures us, is ultimately just fuel for a fit body. Do you have a healthy relationship with food? If not, what's eating you? Ronda
