If you attended the Inner IDEA conference, but were not satisfied, you may receive a complete refund. To request a refund it must be in writing. Please state what the issue was.
We've made it easier to switch names on event registrations at no charge—If you can’t make it, you may send a colleague in your place by contacting Inner IDEA member services at least 7 days prior to the event. However, we cannot refund unused event registrations after the event has taken place.
For a refund of event fees:
• If we receive your cancellation 31 days or more prior to the event, the administrative processing fee is $50.
• If we receive your cancellation within 30 days of the event, the administrative processing fee is $100.
• Or you can cancel at any time prior to the conference and a credit will be issued to you for the amount paid that can be used towards another IDEA upcoming event with no penalty to you.
