In order to secure this special room rate, identify yourself as an attendee of Inner IDEA or make your reservations on-line.  This rate, based on availability, is good until Friday, August 10, 2007. Reservations received after the cutoff date of August 10, 2007, will be at the prevailing rack rate and based on availability.

A reservation fee of one night's room rate is due and payable to the hotel for failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation 72 hours prior to arrival.
