International Registration/Wire Payment Information
International attendees can submit event registration fees via wire transfer. Complete the registration form, fax to 858.535.8234 and wire transfer your payment. Cancellation Policy


100% Satisfaction Guaranteed — Register Risk Free

If you attended the Inner IDEA Conference, but were not satisfied, you may receive a complete refund. To request a refund it must be in writing. Please state what the issue was.

We've made it easier to switch names on event registrations at no charge—If you can’t make it, you may send your colleague in your place by contacting Inner IDEA member services at least 7 days prior to the event. However, we cannot refund unused event registrations after the event has taken place.

For a refund of event fees:
  • If we receive your cancellation 31 or more days prior to an event, the administrative processing fee is $50.
  • If we receive your cancellation within 30 days of the event, the administrative processing fee is $100.
  • Or you can cancel at any time prior to the conference (before 9/23/10) and a credit will be issued to you for the amount paid that can be used towards another IDEA upcoming event with no penalty to you.

In order to secure this special room rate, identify yourself as an attendee of Inner IDEA. This rate, based on availability, is good until August 23, 2010. Reservations received after the cutoff date of August 23, 2010, will be at the prevailing rack rate and based on availability.

A reservation fee of one night’s room revenue is due and payable to the hotel for failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
