Featuring more than 45 different workout routines, this yoga and strength training DVD is a powerhouse program for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Preprogrammed 30-, 40-, 45-, 55-, 70- and 80-minute workout routines, plus the option to choose only 10 to 15-minute exercise program segments, means there is a workout routine just right for even the busiest schedule. This workout exercise program for all fitness levels can be customized according to one's experience with yoga and strength training. Two sizes of weighted bars (2, 3 or 4 lbs) or two sizes of dumbbells (3 & 5 or 5 & 8 lbs) are recommended.
